Sow Study Sustain Seed Central is dedicated to:
- Safeguarding and promoting the benefits of open-pollinated heritage seeds: These seeds hold the key to preserving genetic diversity and ensuring the availability of high-quality, nutritious food for generations to come.
- Supporting “super growers”: These passionate individuals are at the forefront of cultivating and preserving traditional seed varieties. We provide them with resources, training, and a community centred micro farm to share best practice and expertise.
- Creating a central hub for open-pollinated seeds: This facility will serve as a vital resource for growers across the country, providing access to a diverse range of seeds therfore closing the loop for our genuine circular economy community growing model.
