Grow at Home in South Lincs & Rural PCN with Growth 2 Health

In 2023 we have expanded our grow at home project to the South Lincs & Rural Primary Care Network. The ‘Growth 2 Health’ pilot will deliver two kits to people living within the following area https://lpcna.nhs.uk/primary-care-networks/south-lincs-rural

We will also offer garden support and even creet an area in your garden for when the seeds are ready to grow outside.
